Wow, time can really get away from you. I've taken a position at a new post and just haven't had the time to do any of this. Sorry about that. Now that I am sort of settled in I intend to take a little time daily to try and build this site. I'm going to leave the hummingbirds here for a while longer since they will be returning in just a few weeks.
Mike Haney Passed Away
For those of you from the Defiance area, and almost anyone who visits Terry and Kathy's Tavern is sure to know Mike. He was a really special person. We all thought that he had beat his cancer, but apparently due to complications with a stint from his earlier battles, the cancer was able to mount a second assult that proved to be more than Mike could defeat. He passed away Friday April 3, 2oo9.
Next time you're in a bar tip one for Mike, or better yet, stop by Terry and Kathy's and donate something for Mike's family in their efforts to pay his medical bills.

Over the years I have enjoyed the internet as so many others do. Still I run into people that are just now thinking about getting online. I'm thrilled that people my age and up are finally taking the plunge. I have collected e-mails, clips and photos that have been sent to me for years, so I have decided to share these with everyone. For me it will be easier than sending and forwarding e-mails all the time.
I don't know the origion of many of these pieces, so no reference will be provided. Much of the content I have seen on other sites. Many of these sites will be linked to from here for those who wish to explore their content. If any material is found on these pages that is copywrigt protected, please contact me and I will remove it.
